Where are your products made?

Our products are proudly handmade in the beautiful Virginia Beach, VA and Charleston, SC, USA.  

How can I make my soap last longer?

Keep it in a well-drained soap dish. Our soaps last about 4-6 weeks, when used daily.

What is the difference between your soap and the soap I can purchase at my local supermarket?

Real soap is a glycerin rich, super moisturizing product that is produced when the natural oils we use come together with our lye solution (this is called saponification). Commercial soap companies remove the precious glycerin and sell it as a prized by product to high end cosmetic companies. Commercial soaps are full of chemical additives that not only dry out your skin but can leave to rashes and other irritations. Commercial soap is rather a synthetic detergent, and while that may be great for your dishes it is terrible for your skin. 

How long does a bar of handmade soap last?

This will vary based on usage. Our soaps cure for a minimum of 4 weeks in order to bring you a nice, hard bar of soap. This helps the bar to last a long time in the shower and not "melt" away. Kept dry between uses, your soap will last a long time. All handcrafted soaps should be stored on a well-ventilated soap saver or soap dish placed in a area of the shower that receives minimal spray.

Are your products natural?

Kitty Soap Company uses many ingredients that are organic, natural or naturally derived.

Can I use your soaps if I suffer from eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea?

Yes. Our customers with eczema report that they can use our organic bar soap with success. Again, remove the synthetic ingredients from soaps and there is nothing left to bother your skin. Of course, there are always exceptions. However, we have many soap users with eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea, and they all write to say the same thing: "Thank you!" and We are honored to be able to help.

I don't see any shipping options when I check out. Why am I getting this error?

This is usually caused by products with CBD or hemp in the formula. CBD and hemp products are available to certain states in USA only. Please note that you wouldn't be able to check out your whole order if there is a CBD product in your cart. The shipping option is automatically removed if your Country/State does not allow CBD products to be shipped. 

CBD products are only available in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. 

If you don't have any CBD product/s on your cart, then please let us know so we can look into any technical issues.

Can I use two or more coupon codes at the same time?

Unfortunately, you can only use one coupon at a time. You can choose which coupon code you prefer to use if you have two valid coupon codes. You can save up the other for your next purchase. However, you can use a coupon and get free shipping if your sub-total is $50+ USD for domestic orders.

I never received a confirmation email. Where can I see my order details?

You should receive an email confirmation after successfully placing an order. Please check your spam mail and make sure you add infokittykush@gmail.com to your mailing list. If you want another email copy of your order confirmation just contact us and we'll resend it!

I received my package but they were broken. Can I ship it back?

We package our items carefully, but orders can be damaged during shipment due to the carrier. If you order from kittykushsoap.com, please send us an email at infokittykush@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the broken item/s. Our representatives will assist you with this!

Can I return my product if it arrives melted?

It's possible for some products to melt while in transit especially during summer months or in hot climates. If your package is left outside for a long time, there's a possibility that the products will melt. In most cases, you can simply put the melted product in the fridge and let it solidify. We're not responsible for products melted during transit but we will do our best to make it right!
